Your staff is so kind and knowledgeable. We have had two pugs. Bobo was Dr. Heather's first patient after she graduated from Vet school. He lived to be 13 and had heart failure that suddenly occurred. He could hardly breathe anymore. Heather euthanized him while I held him. She was as sad as we were because he was her first patient.
Dr. Pugh is a wonderful vet too. When you have a bulldog, sometimes a little cosmetic surgery is required for the comfort of the dog. Dr. Pugh is excellent at evaluating the dogs for health and standard. He is a judge for AKC shows. He knows his stuff.

Its sad to see whats happening here at South Mountain Pet Care. We have been a Loyal Customer that spends over $10,00-$15,000+ a year at this vet clinic and yet they can't seem to fit us in when we absolutely need them. Not sure why they are taking in new clients when they are having trouble taking care of their current customers. Back when they had 3 vets there, it was a dream! It was so smooth, and now, its seriously almost impossible to do the services that we need. To get their first appt for a timing on their heat cycle is impossible. They can't get an appointment for when you need it. I'm really hoping things change soon, because I know we are not the only ones frustrated with whats going on. Its sad to see this clinic to go down hill so fast. This has nothing to do with their abilities. We still love and respect their knowledge etc! They are amazing. But its too hard for just two vets to do what they are trying to do.

I keep Gemma healthy, I am aware she is a bit heavy right now. It’s by design do to a potential pregnancy. I would like to know more about AI but I didn’t get a chance to have much of a discussion.

Your staff is so kind and knowledgeable. We have had two pugs. Bobo was Dr. Heather's first patient after she graduated from Vet school. He lived to be 13 and had heart failure that suddenly occurred. He could hardly breathe anymore. Heather euthanized him while I held him. She was as sad as we were because he was her first patient.
Dr. Pugh is a wonderful vet too. When you have a bulldog, sometimes a little cosmetic surgery is required for the comfort of the dog. Dr. Pugh is excellent at evaluating the dogs for health and standard. He is a judge for AKC shows. He knows his stuff.
